💰 Refund Policy

✅ Before Adoption / Before Puppy Is Delivered

If you decide to cancel your adoption before the puppy leaves the breeder’s care, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus:

• A non-refundable reservation/deposit fee, which secures your puppy and covers administrative and breeder costs.

• Any processing or veterinary preparation fees already incurred on your behalf.

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your request and whether your puppy’s transportation, health checks, or registration documents have been finalized.

🚚 After Adoption / After Delivery

Because our puppies are live animals and undergo health checks and travel arrangements specifically for your order, we do not offer full refunds once the puppy has been delivered or picked up — except in the rare event of a verified medical issue as outlined below.

If, within 72 hours of arrival, your licensed veterinarian discovers a life-threatening health condition that was present before delivery, and this condition is verified in writing, you may qualify for one of the following resolutions:

1. A replacement puppy of equal value (based on availability), or

2. A partial refund approved after review of your claim.

To qualify:

• You must provide a licensed veterinarian’s report within 72 hours of receiving your puppy.

• The condition must be proven to have existed prior to delivery, not caused by stress, environmental changes, or improper care after arrival.
